Fixture Installation and Repair Across Cypress
The Boxes, Circuits, and Connections Behind Every Fixture
Every fixture in your home hangs off a box, a circuit, and a connection, and all three have to be right for the fixture to work and to stay safe. We are a family-owned electrical contractor based on Grant Road in Cypress, and we install and service ceiling fans, light fixtures, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, exhaust fans, exterior lighting, and the outlets, dedicated circuits, and hardwired connections behind them, for homeowners and builders across the Northwest Houston area.
One thing worth saying plainly so nobody wastes a call. We work on your electrical system, not on appliances. We wire and connect the circuit that serves a range, a dryer, or a dishwasher, and we repair the outlet, breaker, or connection when that circuit fails. We do not service the units themselves.

Appliance Circuit Installation
Dedicated Circuits for the Appliances That Need Them
Big appliances pull a lot of power, and many of them are required by code to run on their own dedicated circuit rather than sharing one with your lights or outlets. When a circuit is undersized or overloaded, you get tripped breakers at best and overheated wiring at worst. We install the correct circuit for the appliance you are adding, with the right breaker, the right wire gauge, and a connection that meets current electrical code.
Circuits we run regularly include:
If you are remodeling a kitchen or laundry room, or building new, we wire these circuits into the plan from the start so nothing has to be opened back up later.
Ceiling Fan Circuit Installation
Fan-Rated Boxes, New Locations, and Proper Switching
A ceiling fan is heavier than a light fixture and it moves, so it cannot hang from a standard light box. It needs a fan-rated box that is braced to the framing to carry the weight and the motion safely. Swapping a fan onto an existing light box is one of the most common shortcuts we are called out to correct.
Our ceiling fan circuit work covers:
Done right, a fan install is invisible after the fact. Done wrong, it wobbles, hums, or hangs from a box that was never meant to hold it. We do the version you do not have to think about again.
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector Installation
Hardwired, Interconnected Protection Wired to Code
Battery-only detectors are easy to forget and easy to disable. Hardwired smoke detectors and carbon monoxide (CO) detectors run off your home’s electrical system with a battery backup, and when they are interconnected, one alarm sets off all of them, so you hear it in the far bedroom even when the alarm is in the garage. That is the standard new construction and major renovations are held to, and it is worth having in any home.
We install and connect:
We install to the current electrical code and to manufacturer and local requirements, and we place units where those requirements call for them.
When an Appliance Problem Is Really an Electrical Problem
Signs to Stop and Call Us
Not every appliance that stops working needs an appliance repair company. Often the appliance is fine and the problem is the circuit feeding it. These are the signs it is worth having an electrician look first:
We diagnose the electrical side, repair the wiring, outlet, connection, or circuit, and tell you straight if what we find points back to the appliance instead. Either way you leave the call knowing what is actually wrong.
